Terms

Last updated

May 2026

These terms keep Dora focused on authorized screening support, secure access, and responsible use of learner information.

Use of Dora

Dora provides guided screening workflows, school and parent portals, and report generation tools. You agree to use Dora only for lawful, authorized, and appropriate educational or support-related purposes.

Screening, not diagnosis

Important clinical limitation

Dora reports are screening-level summaries and do not replace formal clinical, educational, or medical evaluation. Decisions about diagnosis, treatment, placement, or accommodations should involve qualified professionals.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for ensuring that information entered into Dora is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not access learner records unless you are authorized to do so.

School responsibilities

Schools are responsible for managing staff access, obtaining appropriate consent where required, and using reports in a way that respects learner privacy and applicable law or policy.

Availability

We aim to keep Dora reliable, but service availability may vary due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party services, or security needs.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Dora after changes means you accept the updated terms.
